Below are the instructions from the Hampton Inns for our special rate. When you are on their website, be sure to take a look at the pictures of the newly redecorated rooms. These rooms are worth a LOT more than we are paying.

We are pleased to offer to your guests the following rates:
- Courtyard View Rooms at $85
- Marina View Room at $105.
Amenities are listed below but they include free breakfast, free internet etc.
Your Group code is 4A3, to make it easy to book reservations online or to check your rate availability.

Go to Check Availability. Select a date for your reservations and click go.
Scroll down and enter in your Group/Convention Code: 4A3
Click on continue and your special rates will pop up...
Continue on with your reservation.
There is no deposit required and no penalty for any unreserved rooms. It is a courtesy block and your guests will be responsible for their own charges. We will offer these special rates to your group up until the cutoff date of February 5, 2010. Any rooms not reserved at that point will be returned to our inventory and sold at our best available rate.
